Preparation before suturing:
1.Suture hypodermal section of wound rigorously to prevent would infection after operation.
2.Sterilize and clean skin surface around wound.
3.Take protective cover off the suture

Suture the wound:
1.Close the wound: Stretch the wound along long axis by assistant （ or jostle the wound from sides to middle ） to keep wound symmetrically close.
2.Suture and fix ： While optimal closing status is kept, paste the suture symmetrically onto the two sides of wound, slightly press and make it stick tightly to the skin surface.
3.Pull thorn band by 0.5 -1cm till wound edges close tightly, then stop pulling. Suturing tension is fixed by this.
4.Adjust suturing tension: Suturing tension can be adjusted by pulling thorn band outward, best while wound edges close tightly.
Notice:
A.Tension insufficient: Wound edges do not close well. It can be adjusted in/after operation;
B.Tension excessive: It can oppress wound edge, affecting blood supplying in would;
C.Tension too excessive: As the adhesive tape has a very high viscosity, it may cause Tension-blebs, so too excessive tension should be avoided .
5.Tidy up wound edge:
Tidy up wound edge with medical nipper.
6.Handle wound with arc:
After assistant close the wound, the whole wound must be located into the open area of suture (about 1.5cm wide) as the picture

Observation and Clean: 
1.Cover the wound with sterile dressing after operation to avoid wound from infection.
2.Observation and Clean:
A. wound healing can be observed in the open area of suture;
B. Tidy up wound edges, sterilize and replace medicine, if needed.

Dismantle the suture:
1.Take upright the suture along the wound off skin lightly .
2. Dismantling time is 7-14 days after operation
